We are not an employer, staffing agency, or recruiter, and we do not make hiring decisions on behalf of employers.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Job Seeker Use

As a job seeker, you may browse jobs, save listings, and submit applications. When you apply, your application data (including profile information, CV/resume, and any required responses) may be shared with the employer.

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of your information.
Saved jobs are provided for convenience and do not guarantee continued availability.
Employers are solely responsible for their hiring decisions and communications.

4. Employer and Company Use

Employers may post jobs and maintain company profiles. You represent that you have the authority to post on behalf of your organization and that your job postings, company information, and branding assets are accurate and lawful.

Job posts must be truthful, non-discriminatory, and compliant with applicable laws.
Company logos and branding assets must be owned by you or used with permission.
We may require account authentication for company profile creation or claiming a company profile.

5. Paid Listings and Promotions

Some job listings may require payment to publish or to enable promotional features such as sticky placement or highlighted listings. If payment is required, a job may remain in draft or pending status until payment is confirmed. All pricing and payment terms will be shown during checkout.

6. Content You Submit

You retain ownership of the content you submit. By submitting content (including job posts, company profiles, images, and application materials), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate and promote the platform.

We may remove or limit content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Misrepresenting your identity or organization.
Posting illegal, harmful, or discriminatory content.
Scraping, reverse engineering, or abusing the platform.
Uploading malware or attempting unauthorized access.
Spamming users or sending unsolicited commercial messages.

8. Third-Party Links

Job listings may link to external application pages or websites. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

9. Privacy and Data Use

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you acknowledge that your data may be stored and processed to provide the service, including sharing applicant data with employers when you apply to a job.

10. Disclaimers

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that job listings or applications will lead to outcomes.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Entireless is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Entireless harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the platform at any time for violations of these Terms or for security reasons.

14. Changes to These Terms
