This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for job postings and promotional add-ons purchased on Entireless. If you have questions, please contact our support team.

1. Job Post Purchases

Job posts are billed when you submit a paid listing. Once a job is published or promoted, fees are generally non-refundable because the listing is delivered immediately and distributed across the platform.

2. Drafts & Pending Payments

If a job post is saved in draft or pending payment and has not been published, you may cancel without charge. Any payment authorization that has not settled will be voided automatically.

3. Promotional Add-ons

Add-ons such as sticky placement or highlighted listings are considered digital services that begin immediately after activation. These add-ons are non-refundable once applied.

4. Posting Errors & Corrections

If there is a platform error that prevents your job from being published or displayed correctly, we will work with you to fix the issue or provide a credit or refund at our discretion.

5. Policy Violations

We may remove or disable job posts that violate our Terms or posting guidelines. In such cases, refunds are not guaranteed and may be withheld if the listing breached platform rules.

6. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback may result in account restrictions. If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact support first so we can resolve it quickly.
