Serving as a dedicated resource for strategic customers over extended durations (6 months, 1 year, or more) Being a customer's 'Go-To' resource for all matters related to their ZS deployment Collaborating with sales, external partners, and customer teams to provide consultancy and deployment services Assisting in the timely and successful deployment of Zero Trust solutions Managing multiple customer accounts if required by demand for Residency Services
What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
8+ years' experience for this role in similar positions (Professional service consultant, Network/Security specialist, Technical Account Manager, Support/Escalation Engineer or a SOC Engineer) Experience with Zscaler solutions â ZIA, ZPA Working knowledge of authentication systems such as SAML, LDAP and MS Active Directory. Experienced in Network and Security solutions and customer facing/field role
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Knowledge of solutions built on Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services and other leading cloud platforms Knowledge of Hypervisors: VMware, Hyper-V, and KVM Industry certifications such as Cisco, Juniper and Palo
