This is a hybrid role based in Bangalore and Mohali, reporting to the Manager, Product Support. You'll be an important contributor to solving challenges faced by our client-facing teams to help make Zscaler more efficient in meeting our customers' needs. We are seeking an experienced professional who is ready to drive impact within our global support structure. What youâll do (Role Expectations)
Provide second line phone and email consultation to independently debug complex security and network problems Partner with Engineering and assist customers with testing or troubleshooting Reproduce customer issues to verify problems and provide feedback to Engineering and Operations teams Create entries in our technical support online database to document incident resolutions not found in our knowledge base Understand product direction and customer use-cases to contribute to product and code changes throughout the product cycle

What Weâre Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field 4â8 years of experience in a support organization resolving high-priority (P0/P1) customer issues Working knowledge and hands-on experience with Azure and AWS networking Fundamental understanding of Web Proxy, SSL inspection, Firewall, DNS filtering, and Zero Trust principles (ZIA/ZPA) Experience delivering products as cloud-based services

Technical proficiency or working knowledge of GCP Prior professional exposure to Zscaler products and technology
