About The Job zerohash is looking for a VP/SVP of Business Operations to bring rigor, speed, and cross-functional coordination to how the company makes decisions and scales. We're looking for a senior leader to build, lead, and scale this function from the ground up. This is a high-visibility, cross-functional leadership role reporting into executive leadership. You will own five connected pillars — business intelligence, AI operational rollout, procurement, new product/market analysis, and organizational design & operating efficiency — and be responsible for turning each into a durable, well-run sub-department rather than a one-off project.
