The Blockchain Intelligence team at TRM Labs is looking for an Intelligence Operationscontractor to manage projects that accelerate TRMâs collection of high-quality, actionable data.Youâll play a critical coordination role at the intersection of intelligence research, contractormanagement, and operationsâhelping translate analytical needs into well-executed workflows. The impact youâll have hereâ Collect and assess blockchain intelligence data by partnering with Intelligence teammembersâ Recruit, train, and manage a global network of research contractorsâ Create clear processes and expectations to ensure consistent, high-quality datacollectionâ Monitor contractor performance and provide feedback, support, and optimization toget the best results from a distributed teamâ Ensure data collected by contractors is accurately and efficiently entered into internalsystemsâ Act as a key operational connector between stakeholders and intelligence teamsWhat weâre looking forâ Strong organizational and people-management skills, with experience coordinatingcontractors, vendors, or large distributed teamsâ Background in operations, people ops, program coordination, or similar roles whereexecution and follow-through are criticalâ Excellent communication skills and comfort working cross-functionallyâ High attention to detail and a bias toward building repeatable, scalable processesâ Self-starter mindset with the ability to operate independently in a fast-movingenvironmentâ Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools in order to create more efficientprocesse â Bonus (but not required): exposure to tech, startups, intelligence, orblockchain/cryptoâ Early to early-mid career candidate who is highly motivated, capable, and excited togrow into the roleAbout the team:â Our team values open communication and a collaborative work environment, wherefeedback and ideas are encouraged from all members.â We prioritize flexibility and adaptability, ensuring that everyone stays aligned throughregular check-ins and progress updates.
