Creative Producer (Crypto)

We’re looking for a Creative Producer to lead innovative projects in the rapidly evolving crypto space. You will work at the intersection of creativity and technology, transforming complex ideas into engaging multimedia content that resonates with diverse audiences. Your role involves balancing ambitious client goals with practical production timelines and resource management. Collaborating closely with our diverse teams, you'll ensure these projects deliver on both creative vision and strategic objectives, contributing to the growth and understanding of cryptocurrency through compelling narratives.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end production across static, video, and written content.

• Develop creative briefs and guide designers, copywriters, and video editors, ensuring all deliverables meet creative and brand standards.

• Oversee quality control for visuals, videos, and copy prior to delivery.

• Manage production timelines, priorities, and resource allocation effectively.

• Maintain a high volume of creative output while ensuring consistent quality.

• Communicate directly with clients to understand goals, gather feedback, and provide updates.

• Supervise and support creative teams throughout all stages of production.

• Hire, onboard, and mentor new members of the production and creative teams.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.

• Track budgets, estimate costs, and ensure financial efficiency across projects.

• Identify and implement process improvements to optimize creative operations.

• 2+ years of experience in creative production for external clients as a producer.

• Proven video production experience with a background in motion design, including hands-on ability to develop and refine design concepts.

• 2+ years of experience leading creative teams, with a strong track record of scaling output and improving creative performance.

• Experience managing marketing or content projects in the crypto or fintech space (preferred).

• Active participant and enthusiast in the crypto space, with a solid understanding of crypto fundamentals (required).

• Clear understanding of the crypto media landscape, especially YouTube, X, and Telegram (required).
