Rarible builds products and infrastructure at the intersection of digital ownership, marketplaces, collectibles, and Web3. With years of experience in NFT and digital collectible ecosystems, Rarible is exploring how AI, marketplaces, communities, and collectibles can evolve.
About the Role
Rarible is looking for a curious, product-minded Product Manager who is passionate about AI, marketplaces, and collectibles.
You will work closely with product, design, engineering, and business teams to turn early ideas into products people want to use. The role covers the full product lifecycle, from identifying user problems and developing specifications to prototyping, launching, and learning from real-world results.
Previous experience in crypto is not essential. Strong product instincts, curiosity, ownership, and a genuine interest in consumer products are what matter most.
Responsibilities
Own products and features from initial concept through launch and post-launch improvements.
Identify opportunities across AI, marketplaces, and digital collectibles.
Collaborate with design and engineering teams to deliver new products.
Engage with users, collectors, creators, partners, and communities to understand their needs.
Turn ambiguous problems into clear product decisions and specifications.
Define priorities, roadmaps, success metrics, and experiments.
Analyze marketplace behavior, conversion funnels, liquidity, engagement, and retention.
Improve product discovery, buying, selling, collecting, and portfolio experiences.
Explore AI applications in search, personalization, curation, creation, and operations.
Build quick prototypes with AI tools to validate ideas before committing engineering resources.
Stay informed about developments in AI, crypto, consumer apps, gaming, collectibles, and marketplaces.
Coordinate across teams to turn insights into shipped products.
Requirements
Strong curiosity about AI tools, consumer products, and emerging technologies.
A good understanding of what makes consumer products useful and engaging.
Interest in marketplaces, digital or physical collectibles, and user behavior.
Familiarity with NFTs, digital ownership, crypto, gaming, or creator economies is beneficial.
Ability to turn complex or unclear problems into actionable product direction.
Comfort working closely with engineers and designers.
Ability to distinguish promising prototypes from products that deliver real user value.
Data-informed decision-making and sound judgment when information is incomplete.
Ability to move quickly, test ideas, and iterate based on feedback.
Strong prioritization skills and willingness to make difficult product decisions.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, remote team.
How You'll Use AI
AI is expected to be part of everyday product work, from research and prototyping to experimentation and collaboration.
You may use AI tools for:
Market and competitor research.
Writing product specifications.
Rapid prototyping and concept validation.
Analyzing user feedback and product data.
Exploring user experience and copy variations.
Brainstorming ideas and challenging assumptions.
Testing concepts before involving engineering teams.
Improving collaboration with design and engineering.
You do not need to be an engineer, but you should be curious about how AI works and comfortable collaborating with technical teams.
Nice to Have
Experience working on a marketplace or launching a consumer product.
Background in crypto, NFTs, gaming, fintech, or creator platforms.
Experience building something with AI.
Personal interest in collecting and an understanding of collector behavior.
Knowledge of marketplace liquidity and network effects.
Strong product design instincts.
Side projects, experiments, or other work demonstrating product thinking.
Experience evaluating launches and learning from real user behavior.
Proof of Work
Applicants are encouraged to demonstrate their product thinking by answering three questions:
Which marketplace or collectible product is unusually well designed, and what does it understand about its users that others miss?
How will AI change marketplaces and collectibles over the next two to three years?
Describe a product or feature you took from idea to launch, including your responsibilities, decisions, and lessons learned from real users.
How to Apply
Apply through the official application link. Include your resume, examples of your work, and answers to the three application questions.
