đ Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend systems. Collaborate with frontend developers and product teams to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Implement security and data protection measures. Create reusable code and libraries for future use. Provide technical leadership and contribute to the strategic direction of our backend architecture. Lead by example. Promote a culture of egoless learning and participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.

7+ years of experience in backend development An understanding or desire to work in Golang Demonstrated ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts to stakeholders across a variety of disciplines Familiarity with leveraging AI tools
