β’ Brief and direct co-marketing with BD on partner integrations
β’ Drive communication with users via town halls and written updates
β’ Turn our ambassador program from spec into a real acquisition and referral channel with attributable numbers

β’ Develop and own Perena's market thesis
β’ Edit and direct content output across channels; write the high-stakes pieces yourself

β’ Manage and develop the social and community team members; set their goals, run their reviews

β’ 3β5+ years in marketing, with meaningful time owning campaigns or growth in DeFi, fintech, or another high-velocity vertical
β’ You've owned a number. You can talk about deposit-driven funnels, email attribution, or campaign ROI without hand-waving
β’ You understand blockchain-based finance. You have a point of view on what's working in the market right now and why
β’ Strong writer and storyteller who understands the nuances of difference channels and audiences
