Responsibilities
Own end-to-end logistics for internal offsites (leadership, team, and company-wide), ensuring high-quality delivery
Support execution of external events including conferences, partner activations, and institutional gatherings
Source venues, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships across venues, AV, production, and catering
Build and manage timelines, run of show, and event logistics across multiple concurrent workstreams
Oversee attendee communications, registration, and guest experience
Track budgets, invoices, and post-event reconciliation
Support speaker logistics, including scheduling, coordination, and onsite management
Track sponsorship deliverables and ensure execution of branding and partner requirements
Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to support event production
Maintain organization across event documentation, timelines, and deliverables
Contribute to improving event workflows, templates, and operational processes
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through better tools, automation, and systems
Requirements
6–8+ years of experience in event production or event operations, with demonstrated ownership of event execution workstreams
Experience operating within a broader event strategy led by senior stakeholders
Proven ability to manage complex event logistics independently with minimal oversight
Strong experience in venue sourcing, vendor negotiation, and end-to-end event logistics
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and systems-oriented
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment
Interest in leveraging tools, automation, or AI to improve workflows and efficiency
Willingness to travel and support onsite event execution domestically and internationally as needed.
Nice to haves
Experience supporting executive-level or high-touch events
Experience in fintech, financial services, or crypto
Experience working with external production agencies or vendors
Exposure to building event playbooks, templates, or operational processes
Familiarity with tools or workflows that incorporate automation or AI for planning, coordination, or reporting
