The Operations Unit is entering a pivotal phase: a new company strategy is rolling out, OKR ownership is shifting to the unit, and AI transformation is moving from ambition to execution. We need someone who can hold all of this together — not as a coordinator, but as the person who makes it land. This role exists to bring structure, pace, and alignment to the most critical operational priorities. You'll work closely with Operations leadership and function heads, turning strategic intent into trackable, deliverable outcomes.
