Portfolio Manager

Our client is a well-capitalized proprietary trading firm with an established presence across global financial markets, including digital assets, equities, and futures. Through a remote working model and institutional-grade trading infrastructure, they have built a globally distributed team focused on generating returns across liquid markets. As they continue to expand their digital assets capabilities, they are seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager to take ownership of capital, develop differentiated market views, and drive trading performance across spot, perpetual, and derivatives markets within a highly collaborative and performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities & Requirements

• Manage a cryptocurrency portfolio with full PnL responsibility across spot, perpetual, and derivative markets while maintaining disciplined risk management and portfolio construction.

• Generate and execute high-conviction trading opportunities supported by a differentiated view of market structure, macro themes, sentiment, positioning, funding dynamics, and on-chain activity.

• Demonstrate a verifiable track record of managing live capital and delivering measurable P&L performance across both bullish and bearish market environments.

• Execute across centralized and decentralized trading venues with a strong understanding of liquidity, execution quality, DeFi ecosystems, and broader crypto market dynamics.

• Operate effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment while maintaining accountability, adaptability, and independent decision-making.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary ranging $120,000 - $200,000 with PnL split.
