Responsibilities:
Support in creating robust financial models and valuation frameworks for strategic initiatives, M&A opportunities, partnerships, and IPO planning. Assist in scenario analysis and sensitivity modelling to evaluate business decisions. Perform in-depth industry, market, and competitive research to identify strategic trends. Support due-diligence and narrative building for any fund raising process. Create high-quality review decks and strategic presentations for leadership, board committees, and external advisors. Maintain and improve reporting templates, KPI dashboards, and performance trackers aligned with public-company benchmarks. Analyse business performance against forecasts and budgets, highlighting key variances, risks, and opportunities for leadership. Collaborate with internal teams across finance, legal and Business to drive IPO readiness.
Requirement
MBA in finance from a reputed institute. Strong analytical, MS excel and MS Power point skills 1â2 years of Pre or Post PG relevant experience Experience with financial modelling and analytical tools is advantageous. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. Stakeholder management with cross-functional teams.
