To learn more, visit www.inmobi.com ABOUT THE ROLE InMobi's APAC marketing team builds demand and brand preference among advertisers, agencies and app publishers across India, Southeast Asia, Australia – New Zealand, Japan, China and South Korea. We are looking for an Integrated Marketing Lead to own India and Korea’s end-to-end marketing program: the campaigns that generate pipeline, the events and partnerships that build relationships, and the calendar and budget that hold it all together. This is a hands-on lead role for someone equally comfortable building a quarterly plan with sales leadership, briefing a paid media agency, and working a booth on day three of an industry conference. WHAT YOU'LL DO
Own the integrated marketing plan. Build and run a quarterly and annual plan across demand generation, events, content and partnerships, aligned to regional revenue targets and priority segments. Drive B2B demand generation. Design and execute multi-channel campaigns (events, PR and comms, paid media, email, LinkedIn, webinars, ABM) targeting brands, agencies and publishers; own MQL and pipeline-contribution targets. Run the regional event portfolio. Lead InMobi's presence at industry events and owned formats — from sponsorship selection and booth experience to executive roundtables, customer dinners and post-event follow-up. Build partner and co-marketing programs. Work with agency groups, platform partners and industry bodies on joint campaigns, research, awards and speaking opportunities that extend reach. Own the calendar and the budget. Maintain a single source of truth for India and Korea’s marketing calendar; allocate and track spend across markets and channels, forecast quarterly, and reallocate based on performance. Partner with sales. Act as the marketing counterpart for regional sales leaders — align on target accounts, build campaign-to-pipeline visibility, and enable teams with the right assets and follow-up motions. Measure and report. Define KPIs, localize global product messaging for APAC markets, and report monthly on spend efficiency, pipeline influence and program ROI to regional and global leadership.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
4-6 years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 3 years running integrated or demand-generation programs across multiple APAC markets. A track record of owning pipeline or MQL targets and reporting on marketing's contribution to revenue. Hands-on experience delivering large industry events and field marketing programs end to end, including sponsorship negotiation and on-site execution. Demonstrated ownership of a marketing budget — planning, allocation, tracking and in-quarter reprioritisation. Fluency with the modern marketing stack (e.g. Marketo, HubSpot or Pardot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Campaign Manager) and comfort working in dashboards and spreadsheets. Strong written and verbal communication in English, and the judgement to tailor a message across very different APAC markets. Ad tech, martech, SaaS or digital media experience preferred, with familiarity with the advertiser–agency ecosystem and willingness to travel across APAC roughly 20–25% of the time. Since 2007, InMobi has built the extraordinary. Beyond just technology. It has built a way of working. Across 16 offices globally, through every pivot and breakthrough, one thing has remained constant: we are Builders, Dreamers, Doers. We are fluid enough to move fast, grounded enough to own outcomes, and human enough to care deeply about the work and about one another. Culture is at the core of that ethos. It has been co-created by the people who built this company and by those continuing to shape it every day. It lives in how we work, how decisions are made, how teams show up for one another, and how seriously we take the responsibility to build the best. This is a place where ambition and belonging occupy the same space. Where the bar is high and the support is real. Where freedom comes with trust, and trust comes with accountability. Where you are valued not only for what you do, but for the perspective, judgment, and humanity you bring to the work. Where you will be challenged by the work and supported by the communities, passions and experiences that shape who you are beyond your role. When people show up fully, we do more than build meaningful work. We build something extraordinary together. If this sounds like the place you have been looking for, join us.
