We’re seeking a Master for Europe to join the Fedi Order and help scale our mission of empowering communities worldwide through Freedom Technologies. This is a senior regional leadership role responsible for building and operationalizing Fedi’s European ecosystem. You will own execution across community growth, partnerships, and team development — working closely with global leadership to drive adoption and cultivate a high-performing network of Knights, Ambassadors, and partners across Europe. You are accountable for outcomes. You will set strategy, align teams, track performance, and ensure regional activity translates into measurable growth. This role combines strategic leadership with operational ownership.

We expect you to be comfortable using AI tools to improve research, reporting, planning, and coordination. Experience building structured AI workflows, including automated reporting systems, research systems, or agentic setups, is a strong advantage.
