Reliably record purchase, sales, intercompany, and treasury transactions across fiat and digital asset accounts. You will ensure precise coding, VAT/tax treatment, and the maintenance of robust supporting documentation.
Perform recurring reconciliations across bank accounts, custodians, exchanges, and on-chain wallets. You will investigate breaks and clear unmatched items to improve reconciliation support files.
Execute supplier and treasury payments across fiat and digital asset rails, ensuring all runs follow strict approval workflows and are accurately recorded.
Support the link between Web3 accounting software and the general ledger. You will validate transaction completeness and investigate mismatches using blockchain explorers.
Assist with multi entity consolidation by preparing entity level schedules, intercompany reconciliations, and data packs for group reporting and regulatory requests.
Prepare transaction schedules for VAT and tax filings. You will work to reduce follow-up queries from local accountants and maintain an "audit ready" trail of evidence.
Prepare and post accruals, prepayments, and depreciation entries to enhance the quality and consistency of the month end close process.
What Weâre Looking For
Proven experience in a financial accounting role, preferably within a multi-entity or international environment where youâll have had responsibilities in IFRS and financial accounting operations. You must be able to execute recurring tasks with a sharp eye for supporting documentation.
A mindset geared toward identifying inefficiencies and suggesting practical improvements to scaling workflows in executing payment runs and monitoring balance movements across bank accounts, custodians, exchanges, and stablecoin wallets.
Knowledge of blockchain explorers (e.g., Etherscan) to verify transfers. Experience with (or a strong desire to learn) crypto sub-ledgers like Cryptio, Cryptoworth, or Tres.
Experience of organizing working papers and maintaining a structured audit trail that meets institutional requirements.
