Compensation: Competitive, based on experience
Required experience: Hands-on HubSpot experience

2+ years of hands-on experience in CRM management, Revenue Operations, or a related role, with strong HubSpot experience.
Solid understanding of pipeline management, lifecycle stages, and funnel reporting.
Proven ability to independently build and manage workflows and sequences.
Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to identify process inefficiencies and implement practical improvements.
Comfortable working independently in an async-first, fast-paced, distributed team across time zones.
Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
Nice to have
Experience in financial services, investment communities, high-ticket sales, or private membership organizations.
Familiarity with Web3, DeFi, or crypto-related audiences.
Exposure to SPV workflows, investor relations, or regulated communications.
Experience with ClickUp, Slack automation, or n8n.
How we work
We value ownership, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving. Every major initiative goes through multiple reviews before launch, but you'll have significant autonomy over your area of responsibility.
We move quickly, communicate asynchronously, and expect everyone to take initiative, flag potential issues early, and continuously improve the way we work. Our goal is to make the CRM a tool that helps the entire team work more efficiently, not an obstacle to getting things done.
What we offer
Fully remote work with the flexibility to work from anywhere within the eligible countries.
An async-first culture that prioritizes autonomy and uninterrupted focus time.
Direct exposure to institutional-grade deal flow and a high-caliber investor community.
The opportunity to help build and scale a private co-investment club from an early stage.
How to apply
To apply, submit your CV in English, along with a brief note covering:
The CRM system you know best and your experience working with it.
One process improvement you've managed from start to finish.
Shortlisted candidates will hear back within two weeks.
