About the Role
Binance is looking for a Communications Manager to strengthen executive visibility, build media relationships, maintain consistent corporate messaging, and support global communications initiatives.
The role combines strategic communications, media relations, project coordination, brand reputation management, and the integration of AI tools into creative production workflows.
Responsibilities
Executive Thought Leadership
- Manage Binance's executive speaker program, including speaking opportunities, calendars, logistics, and briefing documents.
- Develop newsworthy stories and secure media, KOL, and podcast interviews focused on security, compliance, product innovation, and institutional growth.
- Support media training and ensure consistent messaging across communication channels.
- Strengthen executive profiles as credible voices in the industry.
- Provide industry insights on market issues, policies, and trends.
Media Relations
- Build and maintain relationships with leading business, finance, technology, and crypto media outlets.
- Secure impactful media coverage, including interviews, commentary, opinion pieces, and feature stories.
- Organize media events and strategic engagements around major industry conferences.
Corporate Messaging and News
- Support corporate announcements, partnerships, and campaigns while coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Maintain and improve Binance's core messaging framework for internal and external communications.
- Develop consistent narratives across channels and business areas.
- Collaborate with legal, compliance, and policy teams to ensure accurate and compliant communications.
Brand Trust
- Manage Binance's presence in major industry rankings and reports.
- Oversee the global awards database, including nominations and opportunity tracking.
- Support communications campaigns through relationships with relevant industry voices.
Creative Operations and AI
- Improve creative production workflows and cross-team collaboration.
- Use AI tools to support creative production, including LLMs, AI image and video generation, and creative automation.
- Evaluate creative tools, build business cases for investment, and manage vendor relationships.
- Develop efficient workflows, automation, reporting dashboards, and standard operating procedures.
Requirements
- Experience in creative, agency, marketing, operations, or project/program management environments.
- Experience in fintech, technology, crypto, or similarly fast-paced industries is highly preferred.
- Strong collaboration, project management, and workflow coordination skills.
- Strategic, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Understanding of creative production processes, including static and video content.
- Experience with complex problem-solving and developing standard operating procedures.
- Advanced proficiency in Asana or similar tools, including automation, reporting dashboards, integrations, and cross-functional workflows.
- Hands-on experience integrating AI tools into creative production workflows.
- Familiarity with LLM tools such as Claude and ChatGPT, AI image/video generation, and creative automation platforms.
- Experience evaluating creative tools, preparing business cases, and managing vendor relationships.
