Sales Strategy & Planning: Provide data and analysis to support the team's strategic planning and the development of the annual operations roadmap.
Sales Forecasting & Pipeline Management: Contribute to the weekly forecasting process by validating data, maintaining pipeline hygiene, and generating reports for review.
Commercial Operations & Standardization: Generating quotes and proposals based on established pricing frameworks. Process deal requests to ensure they comply with standard discounting and agreement guidelines.
CRM & Tech Stack Management: Serve as a go-to resource for day-to-day CRM support and user questions. Uphold productivity initiatives by supporting the rollout of tool enhancements.
Sales Enablement: Support sales enablement initiatives by updating training materials and maintaining the sales collateral library to ensure it is current.
Lead Management: Administer the day-to-day lead assignment and routing processes within the CRM, ensuring timely and accurate distribution.
Data Integrity & Governance: Execute regular data cleanup tasks and audits according to established guidelines to ensure the quality of CRM data.
Commission Administration: Handle key administrative tasks for sales incentive plans by pulling performance data and preparing reports for calculation and review.
Programme & Project Management: Contribute to operational projects by completing assigned tasks, tracking progress, and providing status updates to the team.
Collaboration: Work with team members from Sales, Marketing, and Finance to provide operational support and handle data requests and project tasks.
Market Research: Conduct analysis on industry trends and competitive positioning to provide the team with insights that help refine the go-to-market strategy.
Coaching: Assist in mentoring and training interns/junior team members. Provide feedback on their work and contribute to knowledge-sharing activities within the team.

Job Requirements
Proven Ability: You have 2-3 years of experience in sales operations, business operations, or a similar analytical role.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field is a plus.
Product Knowledge: You have a deep understanding of B2B sales motions and the SaaS industry.
Process & Systems Knowledge: You have a good understanding of sales processes and funnels and experience working within established operational systems.
Familiarity with Data Tools: You are proficient in CRM tools (HubSpot) and have strong skills in spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) for data organization and analysis.
Familiarity with RevOps Tools: You have experience with or exposure to the sales and marketing technology landscape.
Analytical Skills: You have strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, organize, and report on data accurately and efficiently.
