Coinbase Asset Management is not just another fund manager; we are the bridge between the worldâs most trusted crypto brand and the global web3 asset management. As we scale to become the largest and fastest-growing crypto asset manager in the world, we are looking for a Senior Associate of Capital Formation & Client Strategy to serve as a high-octane engine for our growth.
This is a high-visibility role reporting directly to the President of CBAM. You will sit at the intersection of sophisticated investment strategy and global distribution, acting as a vital liaison between the worldâs most sophisticated allocators and our investment teams. We are pioneering bleeding edge new strategies using: tokenization, derivatives, crypto, index products, smart contracts, Defi, and more. We need a "doer" with relentless tenacity and a multi-asset pedigree to help us bring the world of asset management onchain.
What youâll be doing (ie. job duties):
This is a sales focused hybrid role â We need a market leader who can build relationships and help investors convert into our products. We also need someone who thinks keenly about the markets and listens to their investors to help craft new narratives with our investment team. Most importantly, we need someone who is passionate about sales and loves markets.

Role requires substantial travel. When off the road the job is either from Stamford, CT or NYC office, but with visits to Stamford expected 1-2 days a week when the person isnât traveling.

Pay Transparency Notice: Depending on your work location, the target annual base salary for this position can range as detailed below. Full time offers from Coinbase also include bonus eligibility + equity eligibility + benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k)).
