Your mission As a Hyperautomation Engineer (Appian), youâll help design and build the workflows that power Bitpandaâs internal operations at scale. Working with BPMS and cognitive automation technologies, youâll turn complex processes into efficient, reliable solutions that make teams faster and smarter. Youâll be part of the Operational Excellence team, partnering across the business to automate high-impact workflows and continuously improve how Bitpanda operates. Design, build, and deploy Appian-based workflow solutions used across Bitpandaâs internal systems. Translate business and operationalments
into scalable BPMS workflows, working closely with Operational Excellence Specialists. Contribute to process optimisation and automation initiatives that improve efficiency, quality, and compliance. Create clear technical documentation and support smooth handovers after Hypercare. Collaborate with business analysts, UX designers, API developers, and QA to deliver well-integrated, user-friendly solutions. Continuously learn and apply new automation approaches, including RPA and cognitive automation, where they add real value.
You have +2 years of hands-on experience in Appian development and are confident working with Records and process models. Youâre comfortable taking a process from concept to implementation, with guidance where neededâbut without hand-holding. You enjoy working in a fast-moving environment, balancing delivery with quality and long-term maintainability. Youâre curious by nature and motivated by improving how things work, not just shipping features.
