Job Overview
The Core Investment Systems team is responsible for developing technology solutions that support Arrowstreet Capitalâs investment services and operations. We leverage technology to automate business processes using a combination of custom development solutions and packaged platforms. The team provides mission critical capabilities to our business users, offering solutions essential to the firmâs ability to deliver sustained alpha and meet our fiduciary commitment to our investors.
We manage hundreds of portfolios for institutional clients in many geographies. Given our systematic investment process and the size of our investable universe, the need for scalable and performant systems is critical, as is a high degree of automation to accurately manage the broad spectrum of benchmarks, instruments, holdings and reference entities that feed our trading cycle.
The ideal candidate is an accomplished and driven engineer with experience building complex systems using modern platforms. We value technologists who are passionate about innovation and seeking ways to continuously improve software development processes and architecture. This hands-on role involves meaningful responsibilities for designing and implementing software solutions that automate complex portions of Arrowstreetâs investment processes. Because our team levers common platforms and shared solutions developed by other groups within the Investment Technologies organization, strong collaboration and proactive communication will factor heavily in succeeding in this role.

The base salary range for this position is $95,000 to $165,000 per year.
