Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation.
Build and nurture talent pipelines for critical and future hiring needs.
Drive proactive outreach, engaging with passive candidates in the crypto and blockchain space.
Craft compelling job postings that attract the right talent and reflect our culture.
Ensure an exceptional candidate experience through transparent communication, timely feedback, and well-structured interview processes.
Partner with hiring managers to shape role requirements and interview strategies.
Implement structured interview processes, ensuring consistency and fairness in hiring decisions.
Continuously refine the hiring process to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Facilitate interviewer training sessions, equipping teams with best practices in assessment, structured feedback and candidate engagement.
What You'll need
5+ years in talent acquisition, recruitment, or sourcing, preferably in tech, crypto, or fintech startups.
Experience recruiting for global, remote-first, and distributed teams.
Strong track record in hiring technical and non-technical roles.
Proven ability to optimize recruitment workflows, implement hiring best practices and collaborate with hiring managers to improve decision-making.
Expertise in sourcing Software Engineers, Product Owners / Managers and any experience hiring Blockchain / Web3 would be desirable,
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders in a fast-paced scale up environment.
